Both units do such an incredible job that I've forgotten what I first called to order LOL. I trusted Devin and bought two LA610's because the single unit (other brand) I had my eye on was almost the same price for two of the 610's. The tube preamp/DI/EQ section of the LA-610 MkII is based on the legendary console modules developed by Bill Putnam in the late 1950s and early '60s.
